We are looking for an experienced internal communications advisor to join this global group.

You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business areas in your day-to-day internal
communications activities and implementing major internal communications projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Actively encourage colleagues around the world to write and disseminate news and
business updates.
• Liaise with and support the functional business areas on any day-to-day internal communication
requirements. This will involve helping each area formulate a communications plan so that
the business is kept informed and up to date of Group policies and procedures.
• Liaise with and support our global sector specialists on international communication requirements.
• Project manage the continued dissemination of the Group’s vision and values throughout
the Group.
• Monitor internal communications activities and design / develop and implement
improvements to current systems and activities. There is scope for refining and adding to
the existing strategy over time.
• Other communications responsibilities of a similar nature as may be required from time to
time.

Person spec:
Provern communications experience
Clear understanding of all aspects of internal communications best practice
Ability to create, deliver and implement impactful communciations strategy
